Every class includes guided meditations for relaxation and for learning new skills, along with an introduction to Buddhist thought. Each class is self contained, so come whenever you can. Everybody is welcome. No previous experience is required.
The classes are based on new book, Modern Buddhism, a clear and practical guide to understanding and experiencing happiness. Purchase of the book is not required.
