Our weekly classes are fun and easy to understand, and are designed to help you react more positively to life's challenges.
Every class includes guided meditations for relaxation and for learning new skills, along with an introduction to Buddhist thought. Each class is self contained, so come whenever you can. Everybody is welcome. No previous experience is required.
